Returns, refunds, and damaged-in-transit jars.

Returns
Unopened jars can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the jar arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund — no need to ship the jar back.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-returnable
Opened jars cannot be returned for food-safety reasons. If you don't love it, tell us anyway — we want to know.
