Ingredients

  • 1.25 lb ground lamb
  • 2 tbsp Malli Green Tkemali, plus more for buns
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 12 small potato rolls or brioche buns
  • Thinly sliced cucumber or pickled red onion (optional)

Instructions

    Mix

    Combine lamb, Green Tkemali, garlic, salt, and pepper. Form 12 small patties slightly wider than your buns.

    Cook

    Grill or skillet-cook over medium-high 3–4 minutes per side to medium.

    Build

    Toast buns, spread cut sides with a thin layer of Green Tkemali, add patties and optional pickles or cucumber.
