Ingredients
- →1.25 lb ground lamb
- →2 tbsp Malli Green Tkemali, plus more for buns
- →2 garlic cloves, grated
- →1 tsp kosher salt
- →1/2 tsp black pepper
- →12 small potato rolls or brioche buns
- →Thinly sliced cucumber or pickled red onion (optional)

Mix
Combine lamb, Green Tkemali, garlic, salt, and pepper. Form 12 small patties slightly wider than your buns.

Cook
Grill or skillet-cook over medium-high 3–4 minutes per side to medium.

Build
Toast buns, spread cut sides with a thin layer of Green Tkemali, add patties and optional pickles or cucumber.
