Ingredients
- →8 ears corn, shucked
- →6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- →3 tbsp thinly sliced scallion greens
- →2 tbsp Malli Green Tkemali
- →Salt to taste

Butter
Mash butter with scallions and Green Tkemali until evenly green-flecked. Season lightly with salt.

Grill
Grill corn over medium-high, turning, until tender with char marks, 10–14 minutes.

Brush Malli butter generously over hot corn, serve immediately.
